My Approach
I believe that effective acupuncture should focus not only on relieving symptoms, but also on identifying and addressing the underlying factors that contribute to pain, restricted movement, stress, and impaired recovery.
My treatment approach combines traditional acupuncture principles with a modern understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and pain science.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking support for stress-related conditions, my goal is to help you move better, feel better, and return to the activities that matter most to you.
Clinical Focus
I provide acupuncture treatment for a variety of conditions, including:
Neck and shoulder pain
Back pain and sciatica
Sports and overuse injuries
TMJ disorders
Headaches and migraines
Hip, knee, and foot pain
ICBC motor vehicle accident injuries
Stress and sleep concerns
